Lilit Grigoryan joined FS Impact Finance in August 2015 and works as a risk manager in the monitoring team based in Armenia. She focuses on the monitoring of the Central Asia region and participates in the preparation of inputs for the monthly reporting of the GLS fund. Prior to joining FS Impact Finance, Lilit gained around 6 years’ experience in the local banking sector, building valuable insight into the financial markets through her work in risk management and business development areas.

Lilit completed a combined Bachelor and Master degree at the Armenian State University of Economics and continued her education with non-degree Business Administration studies at the University of Texas in Arlington, USA.

As part of her ongoing professional development, Lilit completed certification courses by Frankfurt School of Finance & Management, namely, the Certified Expert in Risk Management, Microfinance, SME and Renewable Energy Finance.

When possible, Lilit takes the opportunity to travel and she loves to share her travelling stories with near and dear ones. Cooking, knitting, swimming, yoga and Argentine tango are among the hobbies which Lilit enjoys in her spare time.
