1. HANDLING IN TRUST

Frankfurt School Financial Services GmbH as the operator of this website takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and treats them with absolute confidentiality. We, the operator of this website, give an assurance that we ensure by technical means that no personal data are passed on.

All of your personal data (for example your name or e-mail address) are handled according to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and this statement on data protection. Only anonymised data that are necessary for using this website in full are passed to third parties. Applicable legal basis

In accordance with art. 13 of GDPR we inform you of the legal basis of our data processing. Insofar as the legal basis is not named in the data protection statement, the following applies: the legal basis for gaining consent is art. 6 para. 1 lit. a and art. 7 of GDPR, the legal basis for processing in order to fulfil our services and carry out contractual measures as well as to answer inquiries is art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of GDPR, the legal basis for processing to fulfil our legal obligations is art. 6 para. 1 lit. c of DSGVO, and the legal basis for processing for protecting our legitimate interests is art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of GDPR. In case vital interests of the persons affected or another natural person make processing of personal data necessary, art. 6 para. 1 lit. d of GDPR serves as the legal basis. The recording of data takes place on a voluntary basis at all times as far as possible. These data are not passed to third parties without your explicit consent. We draw attention to the fact that data transmission by internet (e.g. in communication by e-mail) can be subject to security loopholes. Total protection of data from access by third parties is not possible.

Your rights

Purpose and duration of processing

The operator of this site processes data in order to be able to make the website, its functions and contents available. The duration of data processing for these purposes is limited to the duration of the business relationship of the user with the operator of this site. The operator of this website ensures by organisational, contractual and technical security measures compliance with the regulations of data protection legislation in order to protect in this way the data processed by us against manipulation by chance or deliberately, against loss, against destruction or access by unauthorised persons.

2. DELETION, WITHDRAWAL AND CHANGES TO THE DATA PROTECTION STATEMENT

Deletion of data

The data stored as part of this website will be deleted as soon as the purpose for which they were collected has been fulfilled or no statutory duties for storage prohibit the deletion. If user data are not deleted because they are used for other and legally permitted purposes, the processing of corresponding data is restricted. This applies for example to data of users that must be stored for reasons connected with commercial or tax law. In accordance with legal stipulations, storage takes place for 6 years according to § 257 para. 1 HGB (account books, inventories, opening balances, annual accounts, commercial correspondence, booking receipts, etc.) and for 10 years according to § 147 para. 1 AO (books, notes, situation reports, booking receipts, commercial and business correspondence, documents relevant to taxation, etc.).

Right of withdrawal

Users of this website, can in accordance with legal regulations, withdraw consent for the future processing of their personal data at any time, in particular for processing for the purposes of direct advertising.

Changes to the data protection statement

The operator of this website reserves the right to adapt the statement on data protection in order to conform to changes in the legal position, changes in the service or changes in data processing. This applies, however, only in relation to statements on data processing. This takes place exclusively on the basis of statutory permission (according to art. 6 para. 1 lit. b of DSGVO for contractual fulfilment, if for example transmission of the data to paid service providers is necessary), on the basis of your consent, on the basis of a legal obligation or on the basis of our legitimate interests, for example the use of hosting providers or similar services. If we commission third parties as part of a “commission contract” to process data, this takes place on the basis of art. 28 of DSGVO.“

For the purpose of operating this website, we make use of hosting services. These serve to make available infrastructure and platform services, storage capacity, processing capacity, database services, technical maintenance services and security services.

In doing so, we or our hosting provider GoDaddy (www.godaddy.de) process user data, meta- and communication data, user-related data, content data, contractual data and contact data of visitors to this website, interested parties and customers. This takes place on the basis of our legitimate interest for the secure and efficient provision of this website according to art. 6 para. 1 lit. f of DSGVO in combination with art. 28 of DSGVO.

Social Plugins
